If something isn't right, we want to make sending it back straightforward.
Your rights
When you buy online from a UK retailer, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and a further 14 days to return the goods.
How to return
Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions. Items should be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
